Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurthot we want to make it as easy as possible to purchase your health products.


No credits/refunds/exchanges can be given without speaking with one of our representatives first. We will share return address you with and a return request/ tracking number PRIOR to you sending the item back, so that your return can be processed easily, otherwise we will not be accepted.


We would like to think that our buyers are happy with all of their purchases from our online store, however if in any manner you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss the reasons why you are not satisfied with your purchase so as we can try to make your shopping experience more easy and friendly.


Our Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. Please contact us first to discuss the issue and for a return to be authorized. We may also contact you in some cases to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  2. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the return process.
  3. Goods must be in their original packaging
  4. Products are returnable within a 7 days return window from the date of receipt of goods, if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page.
  5. Return will be processed only if:
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s  box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  6. Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return
  7. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  8. These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product.
  9. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
  10. Any shipping costs to return the item are at the buyer’s expense. If we are charged any fees, these will be deducted from your refund.
  11. We will not be held liable for any lost or damaged goods returned during transportation.
  12. If we have made an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the problem to be resolved at our cost
  13. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any unclaimed or returned packages where shipping has been fulfilled as promised

How can I return a Gift Card?

Gift cards once purchased cannot be cancelled or returned due to regulatory restrictions.


WHAT IF I HAVE HAD THE ITEM MORE THAN 7 DAYS?

Items returned after 7 days may not qualify for any kind of refund or exchange


CAN I RETURN OPENED PRODUCTS?

Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before checkout. Only fully unopened products can be returned.
